What is delivered.

An evaluation site under your brand, the pages your ads land on, the visuals, the whole journey and your dashboard. Built once at setup, then operated and improved continuously.

At setup

  • Evaluation site
A site under your brand, in your name, on your own web address, where an owner gets an estimate of what their house is worth. It is the front door of the seller journey.
  • Landing pages
The page someone sees when they click your ad. One per journey, written in French, with the form and the consent block.
  • Visuals and copy
The images, videos and copy for your ads. Renewed when a version tires out, without you having to ask.
  • Configuration
Your municipalities, your sector, your licence and your agency, entered once and reused everywhere they have to appear.
  • What stays with Nexod
The sites, pages and visuals are designed and operated by Nexod, and they remain Nexod's property. You use them for as long as the service is active.

The dashboard

Three screens and nothing else. No button on it triggers anything: it is there to be read, not driven.

  • Summary
Ad spend over the period you choose, day by day, with the number of leads received, the cost per lead, the active campaigns and your territory.
  • This week
The five people to call back first, chosen on intent score, freshness and how long they have been waiting. Never more than five.
  • All leads
The full archive: name, sector, property type, stage, follow-up in progress, date received and intent score. Filterable and sortable.
The lead archive: a table with each lead's name, sector, stage, follow-up in progress, date received and intent score.
Demonstration account. The broker, the agency, the leads, the dates and the figures are fictional.
The summary on a phone: spend, the line, leads received and cost per lead.
The “This week” screen on a phone: five people to call, each with a score and a call action.
The lead archive on a phone: each row carries the name, sector, stage and score.
Demonstration account. The broker, the agency, the leads, the dates and the figures are fictional.

What happens to a lead

Between someone filling in the form and your phone ringing, four things happen, in this order.

  • Consent
The exact consent text the person was shown is recorded with their record, not a template version. That is what makes the log defensible if anyone asks for it.
  • Intent score
Every lead is scored on what they answered: selling horizon, property type, how precise the address was. The score orders your calls and nothing else: it says who to ring first, never who is worth your time.
  • Alert
You are notified the moment a lead comes in. A hot lead does not sit in an inbox until tomorrow.
  • Follow-up
A follow-up sequence goes out to the person, matched to what they asked for. A seller and a buyer do not get the same thing.

The journeys

A journey is the ad, the page it leads to, and what happens to the person afterwards. One runs today; the next two are designed and not yet live, and that is what it says below.

  • Seller evaluation
The owner asks what their house is worth and enters your pipeline with their address, property type and horizon.
    In production
  • Buyers waiting
A list of qualified buyers in your sector, shown to owners thinking about selling.
    In design
  • Neighbourhood alerts
What is moving in a neighbourhood, sent to owners in it.
    In design
  • Custom
Built for your market when the menu does not answer it.
    On request

What is not included

The ad budget

You pay it, on your own card, directly to the platform. We do not touch it and it does not pass through us.

Your CRM

The dashboard shows you your leads and the order to call them back in. It does not replace the tool where you manage your listings.

The calls

We never speak to your leads on your behalf. The first human contact is you.

Your compliance

You remain the licence holder and responsible for your compliance. The product helps you hold it; it does not hold it for you. What is checked before anything goes live.

Getting started

Write to us with your licence number, your agency and the municipalities you cover. See how setup works.
